This early all the genitalia look similar in a few more weeks they are more defined. I wouldn’t jump to any conclusions this early. I did very frequent US with my first pregnancy and had several that for sure looked like a penis. Joke was on me when we go in for our 20wk scan to find out it’s a girl plain as day.
