OPK Question

I’ve been doing this for awhile, but I didn’t get a “peak” reading on my OPK this month. I usually get the reading around day 15 or 16 and ovulate around 17 or 18 (confirming with temp). I got 2 “high” readings this month at days 12 & 13 and am just really confused. Does that mean I didn’t ovulate this month? Has this happened to anyone else?
