Nexplanon and periods?

I got my nexplanon on Jan 24. I usually start my period on the 30th.. so on the 30th I woke up with bad cramps but no period.. now today on the 2nd I have horrible cramps again but no period? 
what is going on???

I just got mine removed on the 30th after having it for 3 months. I’m so tired of bleeding 3 weeks at a time . I’m still bleeding even after having it removed . I’m ttc and it’s really messing things up

It’s totally normal love, your body is adjusting to the hormones and trying to start your period but it can’t since the nexplanon tricks your body into thinking it’s pregnant :) my body was the same way. You’re on your period without a period or maybe it’s being delayed :) besides all of that it’s normal, if it really concerns you talk to your doctor!

I had bad cramps the first few days and never had a period the first 2 years of having nexplanon. Then the 3rd year started getting a very irregular period again (three or four weeks of period then maybe a day to a week off) and this implant caused me to have Inverted nipples.. In my honest opinion it makes you a whole different person, your mood will change drastically, you’ll be angry and stressed, so many highs and lows,and it all around was a horrible 4 years of nexplanon. Everyone can do what they want but just a heads up it is horrible. Also it was giving so many people blood clots causing strokes that they had a full blown lawsuit over it and somehow is still on the market.
