My boyfriend and I recently began going to the gym 4 days a week starting 3 weeks ago.

We lift weights together and do leg day together. Iโ€™ve also been dieting/trying to track everything I eat and eat less portions and more healthy choices.

I was 120IBS in high school and at 22 Iโ€™m now 143IBS. Iโ€™d love to get back down to 120 to boost my confidence.

We just got this scale on Monday I believe and I weighed myself Monday & Wednesday and was 143 and weighed myself again today and am 140 and even tho itโ€™s a slight difference Iโ€™m SO proud of myself. I canโ€™t wait to see the changes and feel good! ๐Ÿ˜ just thought Iโ€™d share cause Iโ€™m so proud of myself.
