Announcing?

Hello! I am wanting to announce when I hit the 12 week mark on feb 17th. But, I won't have my second ultrasound until feb 22nd. I had my first at 9+2 and the doctor said everything was looking great! Would you wait until the second ultrasound or announce when you hit 12 weeks if there weren't any problems? When is everyone else announcing?

I’m announcing to my family at 11 weeks cuz that is when we will be in Disneyland and then I’ll probably post it to social media around 20 weeks. Maybe sooner.

We are waiting until after our nipt test and nuchal translucency scan at 12 weeks

I announced with my first to the public when I was 12 weeks and told my family around 6 weeks but I’m trying to hold out until 20 weeks

I’m in the EXACT same boat. We have plans to meet the in laws the weekend before our 12 week scan, but since they live 4 hours away we aren’t going to wait. I wish we could have that 12 week picture (and confirmation), but oh well. They will be just as excited to see the ultrasound pic over the phone.
