Help! Please😬

This was my test yesterday morning at 11dpo. The test pictured was a target brand. This morning(12dpo) I took a first response and it was negative. I am so confused. This month was my first round of clomid. My period is also always 25-26 days I’m on day 28 today. I’m not sure if the clomid is affecting that. Any advice?
