So I bought my first cup.

I bought my first cup cause I think it's grose to change my tampon while working. I work in a restaurant and have really heavy bleeding every month. That's okay but I don't like it.

Now I wanna know that if I change the cup just before my shift starts do I have to clean it just with water or do I have to do more before putting it back up there.
