Bumps under lips, any ideas?

Smh under my lips have been red & not normal since Dec. 22nd I have no idea why they’re like this. My assumption was cold sore or something but nothing burns or tingles or anything like that. I’ve never had a cold sore so I don’t know if I have one. It’s been a month & nothing’s changed I feel like it just got worse because there was never bumps there in the beginning. I use “Chapstick” the original one (blue package) and have been using it since September (probably used that same one before & others & had no problem). *The first tube lasted from 11/9- 1/12 and I just started a new chapstick on the 15th same brand and everything so I dont think it’s the chapstick, I recently started putting vaseline rather then chapstick just to see if it is the chapstick that caused this)

I’ve changed nothing so I don’t know why they’re like this

The bottom two pictures are from today, any idea how to get rid of this and what it is??

I always use chapstick so it’s not because they’re dry! (Last pic looks dry because I just woke up & didn’t put anything on it yet)

As you can see it was just red at first but now there’s bumps

Edit- I did start seeing someone new but I met up with him on the 30th of December so my lips were already red before I saw him so I don’t think he has anything to do with it🤔. But idk
