Who is still bleeding? And those of you who tore, are your stitches still intact? I'm 14 days post birth and still have all my stitches and still bleeding. Don't remember how long it took last time for all that to stop

I'll be 4 weeks PP Tuesday and still am but I've been able to switch to normal pads.

5 weeks and I still randomly spot. I also tore and I think my stitches were still there until a few days ago.

3 weeks pp today, still bleeding and I still have stitches. I have looked at it in the mirror which I was told not to do and I cried yesterday. Wondering if it’ll ever get back to normal 😭 I was told I may bleed longer because my placenta didn’t detach from my uterus at the time of birth so I had to have a D&C... 
Hoping a few more weeks makes a difference... FTM

3 weeks pp tomorrow and still just spotting. And I’m not 100% sure if my stitches are there but on day 19, I felt 95% better down there!!
