Static cling?

I notice our blankets has extra static to them. I'm always shocking myself or my husband! Sick of it. The shocks are starting to hurt. 23 weeks today and got shocked in my belly and oh man did it hurt. What can I do to eliminate the static and reduce it.?

Humidifier all the way! We bought a small one for about 50$ a month ago, and it's truly life changing. We keep mostly in our bedroom and sometimes move it to the living room. We breathe better, sleep better, my skin is not as dry, my hair is not crazy staticky like it usually is in the winter, I couldn't live without it anymore!
