Copper IUD?

Can anyone share their experience with the non hormonal copper IUD? I’ve been on the pill for about 4 years and was on the depo shot for a year before that and I am tired of hormonal birth control. I want my natural cycle back and not to be so moody all the time! Do you or did you like the IUD? If you switched from hormonal to non hormonal birth control did you notice mood changes and energy change? How are your periods on the copper IUD? And anything else worth mentioning??
