First trimester insomnia instead of being tired?😩😩😩😩

Help me! What gets you asleep during pregnancy? I’m struggling badly on a few hours every night m, I wish I got the common symptom of being tired but my eyes are ALWAYS wide open.

I’m exhausted...but only sleeping 2-5 hours a night 🙄 just can’t get my brain to sleep!  I tried lavender but it made me puke 😂

I have insomnia normally and it has been worse since I've been pregnant. My doctor said to take B6 and Unisom before bed. It usually helps and as a bonus it is supposed to help with morning sickness (though I'm not sure if it does)

this was me too, plus my anxiety also acted up even more so then normal. it weaned around 10weeks. my anxiety still gets pretty rough at times, im now 19.5 weeks

I have both lol. Insomnia and EXHAUSTED. I’ve been drinking chamomile tea and will drink sleepytime if it’s safe. Yoga before bed should also help. No screen for 30min to one hour before bed. And either read or journal or listen to a podcast something to ease your mind from the reel of thoughts

Yes! Last pregnancy I just slept all the time. Now I'm tired but can't sleep.

My doc oks me to take 2-3mg melatonin each night.
