DDay is tomorrow, advice on inducing labor?

Anyone had success with inducing labor by bouncing on a birthing ball? Or success with any labor inducing techniques?! I think I’ve been losing my mucous plug bit by bit today. I’ve had a clear, milky, goopy discharge. My baby boy has already dropped. I was 1cm, 70% effaced, and he was at -2 as of Wednesday. Had an ultrasound Thursday and the tech, who has been doing ultrasound a for 15+ years, had trouble even seeing his whole head bc of how low he was. I’ve been having some pain in my lower back and butt area. Please tell me labor is near 😪
