Anyone know what this may be?
My son has never had skin issues, but popped up with this on his inner thigh area, it’s spread a little but mostly stayed localized. I thought it might’ve been from his diaper rubbing but diaper rash cream didn’t help. He doesn’t seem to be bothered by it, the scratches are probably from running around with no pants and sitting on his hotwheel airplane earlier lol
