Pain in bladder area

So my bladder area or uterus (or area u get cramps)idk hurts every time I sit or get up or when my bladder is full and I'm walking. I told my mom she just didn't take me seriously but this doesn't feel right and ik it isn't cramps bc it uncomfortable asf and it doesn't hurt when I pee, also pills didn't work. Any advice please help 🆘 ☹️
