Bbt and alcohol
I think I already know the answer to my question but some other opinions would be good.
My temp dipped yesterday as you can see so last night I thought f*** it I’m having a drink then my temp shot back up this morning.
I know alcohol can affect your temp but I didn’t think it would affect it that much (it’s a rise of .56) is that normal?
