I’m so confused 😐

This has never happened to me before and I’m freaking out.... my boyfriend and I were having sex and next thing you know, he says that I’m bleeding. I was confused because my period wasn’t supposed to start until about another week and a half. I just thought maybe it was rough sex and we should slow down. That was extremely light spotting. Later on that night we try having sex again. I wasn’t bleeding anymore. We wasn’t so rough this time. He says babe your bleeding again. So we stop. Again very light spots. So now I’m confused af. I just put on a panty liner and we go to bed. Next thing I know I wake in the middle of night, blood is everywhere. I assume my period started, but it has never been this early or started while I was having sex. I’m so confused.
