Birth Control Help !

I’m on the pill Estarylla and I think I’ve missed like three days ( haven’t taken one today yet ) and I have one 28 day pack that’s completely gone should I just start a new one today and not worry about the missed pills or should I double up ? My doctor did a pretty good job at explaining when I first got them but since I’ve missed three pills not including today I don’t know what to do and her office is closed on weekends !!
