Help!

So AF is due today, but no sign of her yet. Normally a day or two before my period I start to have brown discharge which eventually turns into my period. I had some light brown spotting two days ago but then it went away. I checked my cervix this morning and it is high and closed! But when i pulled my finger out there was some brown discharge? Sorry for the TMI! I’m trying to wait until I’m at least two or three days late for my period before I test - but has anyone had this happen to them before? I don’t necessarily feel like I’m pregnant, but I also don’t feel like I normally do when AF is due, so I’m kind of in limbo!!! Any advise would be great :)
