Someone i hooked up with texted me the day after we had sex that he caught something from me. I was completely shocked because I hadn’t been showing any symptoms or feeling weird. He claims he’s burning when urinating and his penis is oozing a white substance ( that’s not semen)

Side note: A few weeks ago I was kind of raped unprotected. The guy only put it in for a few seconds, but I ended up hooking up with the other boy that same night after that happened. This happened about three weeks ago. So if I had given him something, wouldn’t the symptoms have showed already from time we had sex three weeks ago ? I have not been with anyone else in between him.

Also I made a doctors appointment to get checked and took a at home urinary tract test to see if my Ph Balance was off and it came back negative.
