Car seat??

Question

I have no idea where to start with a car seat... I need a car seat that is easy to transport from my husbands car, my car, and my grandmas car. I think keeping 3 bases 1 in everyone’s car would be the easiest but I’m having no luck finding one people recommend.

Chico Keyfit 30. We love it. Our son is 8 months and still in it. We bought it with the stroller, so it clicks into the stroller without having to take him out, which was awesome for certain errands. The stroller also has a flat bassinet so he used that as well when we went for walks with him.

Also, just so you know, once you get past the infant seat stage, car seats no longer have separate bases since they’re made to stay in the car.

Best advice is the visit a store and actually put the car seat in your car. The first one we bought didn’t fit. We had to sell it and buy a different one.

I got the Britax B Safe and a base for every car. We have the Britax B-Agile system which is easy to use.

I bought the uppababy Mesa. It’s on the expensive side, and it’s only an infant car seat. But if you’re going to continue to travel with him and take him while he’s in that it is light weight and amazing which is great. 
The only con: you need to be a toddler car seat or a car seat for when he is can no longer use the infant one

When our daughter was in her infant seat, we had three bases because we have three cars. Now that she is in convertible seats, we have three convertible seats.👌🏾

First question is what is your budget? What features are a must/dislike? What color(s) do you like? What stroller are you getting? Do you want a travel system? Is there a separate budget for a stroller? If you can answer those I can tell you the best items to get in your price range
