Frequent UTIs
I get UTIs a little TOOOO often. First i realized that i was getting them because i wasn’t peeing after sex. So, I started to pee after sex every time. I even started taking D-Mannose and Cranberry pills but I just got another UTI. Does anyone have any tips on how i can prevent them? They are super annoying, uncomfortable, and I am frustrated.
