Pcos question

So I was born with pcos and have never had normal periods, in August 18 I had a dnc due to heavy bleeding found out I had benign polyps has those removed along with the scar tissue from the depo shot. I have never ovulated like a normal human but the last two months I have had af right on the dot and I’ve been using ovulation strips to track it and I think I might actually ovulate when I’m supposed to, has anyone went through this before and have a little minion or am I hoping to high.
