Weird periods

I have been experiencing irregular periods. So, I am 30 years old and back in November I was diagnosed with high blood pressure . I put on a low dose of blood pressure medication and I decided to start exercising regularly which I wasn't doing before to try to lower my blood pressure. But in November my period Came 5 days early, December 4 days early, in January it was 11 days early and then I got it a week and a half later again . not sure if it's the new medication they put me on because they just took me off of it too or exercising more or something else has this happened to anyone else.
