HELP PLEASE!!!

So I went to an event with my 6 month old yesterday with my in-laws, and some lady took my daughter from my mother-in-law and let her kid hold her. Well, I got a text from her last night saying she took her daughter to the hospital with a high temperature and difficulty breathing. My daughter hasn’t shown any symptoms of anything yet, but I’m freaking out that she could have been exposed to RSV. Should I call her pediatrician or the hospital? Should i make an appointment? Please help me!!! Here’s a picture of my baby.
