7 days late and negative tests???

I'm 7 days late to my period, I've took multiple tests and they all come up as negative, i cant think of anything that would have delayed my period apart from stress. What do I do? Lol

I say try and relieve your stress because that might be the biggest thing targeting you right now. Period are very irregular when it comes to big changes in life and birthcontrol in general. If retest are negative then it’s fine. If your showing signs of any type of infection, seek help from your gynecologist.
