Can not taking thyroid meds cause this it’s happened to me like a few months ago , rash on face and then down my neck .😩🤷🏾‍♀️

You probably have hypothyroidism. Mine is autoimmune. Dry skin is a common side effect of not having enough thyroid hormone

Are you sure it is a rash? From this picture it looks like you have some swelling in your neck. What type of thyroid issues do you have? I suffer from Graves’ disease and I am currently experiencing issues with my neck that are very similar to your picture they did an ultrasound and I have a goiter and 2 nodules on my thyroid. You might want to make an appointment with your doctor to have this looked at.
