Heeeellllpppppp One month old struggling to poop

My one month old poops once a day between 5 am - 8 am everyday. She’s formula fed. Well I’m not worried that it’s once a day, the part that is hard is that for about an hour before she actually poops she’s trying to by wiggling around, grunting, and letting out little cries which is so sad and hard especially while trying to feed her. Eventually it comes out, it’s not hard by any means, but it’s thick like toothpaste and then she’s a totally chill baby. Is there anything I can do to help her throughout the day to make that hour the next morning not so miserable? 😭
