Is this normal?

I’m 5 going on 6 weeks and I’m experiencing light brown discharge and a little cramping. Has anyone had this happen to them before and be okay?
This is my first pregnancy.

I had brown spotting all last weeek. Went for a check up and they said I have a subchorionic hemorrhage. A little pool of blood between the uterus and placenta. It goes away by itself apparently but still nerve wracking to wipe blood

Some spotting can be normal, especially since yours is brown which just means it’s old blood. But If it turns heavy and bright red then I’d go get checked!

Update. 
Went to the ER yesterday due to bleeding(only when wiping) they weren’t able to tell me if I miscarriages because I’m too early. 
The blood went from bright red, to light pink, to brown red. My boobs are really sore, I’m trying to stay positive

Having the same problem, except mine is a lot more blood... I’m so worried!! I’m only 3 weeks 5 days

I had spotting that early until about 7 weeks. I’m currently 9 weeks with no spotting. I think that it is pretty normal at this stage.
