Is this a miscarriage?

I was having, what I thought, was a period. It was heavier than usual but I didn’t really think anything of it. After going to the toilet and wiping once to a pool of blood, I wiped again and saw this on my tissue, there was a possibility I could be pregnant so I wanted to see whether or not this was a miscarriage? I didn’t know where to go for help and thought maybe you’d know more than me, please help?
