Personal & Embarrassing! Any other women have this problem??

I am a light skinned female 
Age 28 
White and clear complexion! 
Why are my underarms DARK! I shave,scrub,tried different deodorants and idk what to do 
It’s embarrassing because all the other women I know have normal underarms and mine are so dark and I am Caucasian!

Girl I had this problem! I started putting conditioner on my arm pits in place of shaving cream and then using aftershave and it softened the skin which caused it to lighten and look normal (:
