I keep on trying
So I’m still overweight and I still keep on trying to lose weight
I got married in July last year and before that I lost nearly 15 kilos. Since then I’ve put some of the weight back on - which in itself is an achievement for me
But I hate being unable to get into clothes that my mum and sister-in-law bought for me because I’ve put on weight
So once again I’m back at it - I know what I need to change
I use my fitness pal and it helps. But I’ve also decided to start a weight loss diary that I can write in everyday. I’ll write what I eat, exercises, how I feel, what I can change and anything else - I’m hoping this will keep me motivated
I’m also going to get photos to put in it and anything else to motivate me
Has anyone else done something like this?
