35 weeks, pelvic pain labor soon?

Two weeks ago my doctor said my baby had completely dropped. Earlier today I felt like he had settled even further down and my entire vagina throbbed so bad, like lightening crotch.

But now for the last hour or so i have been having pelvic pain that is just unbelievably painful, and so different than the lightning crotch I was having. It feels like my entire uterus is falling out and it hurts so badly.

I was researching it and I've read a lot of articles and forums and several women think that the pelvic pain I'm describing means that labor is going to start soon. I've already had preterm labor stopped once when I was at 28 weeks. What do you think?
