Cramping at 7 weeks 4 days as well as lack of symptoms. No bleeding right now.

Were you feeling symptoms leading up to today and then they vanished? 
It could be a sign of miscarriage. Trouble is many of these early symptoms you have to just wait it out a bit and see. I did have some days early in my pregnancy where I didn’t feel symptoms, and after having had a miscarriage months before I was very worried, but it was nothing. Since you have it combined with the cramping that is an added concern, but as a PP said, a bit of cramping can normal as your mussels start loosening and stretching from early on.
I don’t think you need to call anyone. Probably just wait it out a day and see how you feel or if you start bleeding.

I didn't have any symptoms through out my whole pregnancy, it's nothing to worry about. As for the cramping it's probably just your body expanding to make room for the baby.
