Any other March Mama’s dealing with gestational hypertension? I take by bp every morning and at night and it’s ok at home, always high at the doctor! This is my third higher reading, back to get labs done again 🤦‍♀️. Last week I was sent to Labor and Delivery to get monitored and as soon as I got there it was lower than at the office... even got down to 122/66! Honestly I think it’s stress from coming here! Now they’re talking induction as early as after next week as I’ll be 37 weeks. Any recommendations on how to get it lower? I am eating very healthy, my labs have been great, no swelling or headaches etc. Blah!
