I met the love of my life when i was 8 yrs old and fell madly in love with him, he was my first love and never ever forgot about him even though years had passed by and never saw each other until 2016, I felt my heart stopped and suddenly felt alive again after so many years apart from my soulmate. Back then when we were little we had to separate due to his dad getting ill and having to move away for almost a year, I remember waiting for him at the front door of our school every morning in hopes that he would show up but he didn’t until like 9 months later, n he came back but it was almost time for him to graduate (he was 6th and i was 5th grade) so the principal knew our little love story and let him take me to the school dance that they do when they graduate which is supposed to be only for 6th graders, and so we were able to have our last dance and had to say goodbye to him. It was heartbreaking, I never stopped loving him nor did I ever get over him. I remember writing him letters even though I never sent them, every year since the last time we saw each other I wrote something for him and kept it. In 2017 we got into the same university and suddenly found each other again, this time it would be forever. He also wrote me every year and kept the letters and when I told him about it he was shocked and came out of his room with a box full of letters for me from every year, just like I did! Over again! We’ve been officially together a year and two months, but officially in love 11 years. A couple months ago we decided to go visit our school where we met and fell in love and when we arrived everyone knew us and remembered us!!! Even had a picture of the two of us in the office and the principal told us that our story stayed in their hearts forever and now every kid in that school knows about us! When we were there the kids would come at us and ask if we were the ones who loved each other so much and stuff!!! I was like shocked because it was not only heartwarming for me but for everyone in there. I love my man so much, my one and only, and I just wanted to share that when someone is the right person for you, it doesn’t matter what happens and how much time goes by, love always wins, it just needed to be in the right time 💛
