I have been talking to a guy since September. We decided to take things slow and not rush into anything because we were both in messy relationships previously. At the beginning of December we had a conversation that we were definitley heading in the direction of dating. About a month after that we had a conversation and he said “I’m only talking to you, sleeping with you, and I’m not trying to play you”.

His friend about a week ago gave me a heads up that I should be careful and proceed with caution. Sooo I did something stupid bc my ex cheated on me and I have trust issues. After trying to have a conversation with him about it and him saying again that he wasn’t seeing anyone else... I looked through his phone. He has been texting not one but two of his exes and I saw that at the end of December he had slept with another girl. The same girl that he just hungout with the other night.

I guess i feel completely defeated and idk how to handle the situation.

I was really excited about where I thought this was heading bc it was so natural and easy but 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ I just can’t win I feel like.
