Missed twin?

Anyone have an early ultrasound only showing one baby then later found out there was a second? I had an early scan at 6 weeks, the tech was quick and once she found baby that was it, she didn't look further. I've been having a feeling its twins. I noticed this on my ultrasound and can't help but think maybe it's another babe she missed. Happened to any ladies before?
