I read somewhere that the same hormone that grows hair in an unborn baby is the same hormone that causes heartburn. So there may be some truth in that. My first had a lots of thick, dark hair when she was born and my heartburn was absolutely horrible with her. My other two didn’t have much hair and only had mild heartburn.

It was true for me! Had super bad heartburn my last trimester with my son and he had a whole head full! Hoping my daughter has the same amount when she’s born still too early yet to know.

My son was bald, no reflux/heartburn. 
My daughter had hair, & I got horrible heartburn/reflux in the 3rd trimester. 
Now I'm due with my 3rd. I'm only 20 weeks but I'm hoping this kid has hair because I'm ALREADY getting all the heartburn/reflux! 😒

Was for me. I had awful, wake you up at 3am heart burn and the could see her hair on the ultrasound.

I had heartburn to the point of vomiting with my first and she was BALD until she was about 1-1.5years old. 
The only one of my kids that had any hair I only had heartburn if I didn’t get a drink before bed.
