Cranky Baby

Does anyone else have a baby that they can’t ever seem to make happy? my girl is 9wks and she always pissed off screaming like a wild child... she won’t nap unless you drop your whole life and hold her, she hates car rides, hates bath time, hates changing/getting dressed... hardly smile (expect for about 10mins right after she’s woken up), then it’s back to the screaming... I’m at a loss... my son was so happy and smiley, and she’s so damn cranky all the time... how do you get them to relax!??!
