Is this normal (?) a week ago I was still 1cm dilated (36w)

Anything I can do to open up ??

Like walking more .. or ...

my doctor said I was the same as last week.

He also had asked me if I wanted to go in next week to get induced, (?) I guess to get put into labor ..

(My first baby so )

But he also said it’s okay if I didn’t want to because me and baby are healthy enough
