I’m 37 weeks and 2 days.

I went for a walk today and when I got home, my belly was so hard and tight and I could barely stand up to walk with the pelvic pressure and soreness, now I have a dull ache in my back with light cramping. And baby hasn’t moved very much today. I also have and appointment on Wednesday to be checked for the first time. So my question is should I call l&d to see what they say or just wait until Wednesday and talk with my o.b.?
