Cramps but not a period
I have been cramping, and having lower back pain. Even though I am not on my period. Ive been on the depo-shot for 3 years and I’ve been experiencing this cramping for about 5 months. On January I had a heavy and long period. I’m pretty worried if this is normal or I should go to a doctor?
