HELP!
I had my babygirl a week ago today via c-section and my milk has not come in yet I’m starting to get really worried tips tricks advice? Everyone tells me something different and it is my first baby also
Update: for the confusion I did have colostrum and I have milk just has not transitioned to mature milk
