Is this something to be worried about??

I just noticed this pinkish blood when I went to the restroom just right now. Should I call my doctor would it be because I had an ultrasound today??

If it was a transvaginal ultrasound I wouldn’t worry, my doc told me some spotting would be normal after mine because of irritating the cervix :)
