My name is Laura and I need to lose weight. I recently had a bowel reconstruction and if I ever want my bag to go away I have to lose weight. My bag causes some diet restrictions but I think Keto is the friendliest diet for my situation. My biggest issue is the cost to eat Keto. Does anyone have any diet plans that are cost effective? Suggestions?
