Ovulation or implantation?

Hey ladies, just need some advice as I'm driving myself crazy. So I'm on CD22 today and yesterday morning I woke up with quite bad cramps in my lower abdomen, period like cramps and there was very little clear discharge. Is it possible to ovulate on CD21 during a 28 day cycle? Has this happened to anyone else?

If you ovulate on cd21, you won’t get your period until cd34-35. If you ovulate late, you get your period late bc your luteal phase has a set number of days always. If you were to ovulate cd21 and get your period cd28, the pregnancy wouldn’t hold bc you would have what’s called a luteal phase defect and its near impossible for the uterus to be ready for pregnancy, there wouldn’t be enough lining.
