Fertility pills

Hi guys. So would like to have some advice. TTC for about 14 months now. Today I decided to start looking at maybe getting some fertility pills. I saw that alot of people were talking about Clomid. Anyone have some advice as to what type of pills they have used and how it helped? Im from South Africa btw. Thanks!
