My husband and I are going to TTC again next cycle. My gyno recommend medication (femara? I forget the name but not clomid). We tried for 8 months before the break. I'm 36 and he is 37.

For my current cycle, should I bother using OPKs? I have clear blue digital on hand with the tester I was using last year and another tester that hasn't been used yet.

Should I use a new tester on medication? Would I need to change cycle days to test?

Any tips to help improve our chances are appreciated! Thanks!
