TW- talk of domestic violence and abuse

So the department of justice has changed the definition of domestic violence to NOT include emotional or verbal abuse and no one seems to be talking about it.

Do you think changes like this should be reported more publicly?

What are your thoughts on this change?

-NOTE: this article is the least biased I could find, I know it’s not the best source. However, Snopes did verify that the information is correct and the DOJ website reflects these changes.
